Community is Vital!

You ask, “What is the value of community as a business owner?” INVALUABLE. 

I will explain why.

To have a community of like minded people AND a supportive leadership team to direct you IS VITAL to a successful practice, as an owner, and you, the individual.

When you surround yourself with people who are doing what you are doing, working toward similar goals and dreams, that community of people are supportive and say,  “We get it and get YOU!”  

When you’re unsure, lost, and are questioning everything you’ve accomplished, when imposter syndrome creeps in, and you feel defeated, that same community is still standing by you. 

They are there saying, “We get it and understand what you are feeling!”

When you want to scale, build bigger, want more, and find yourself scared and unsure, yup, you guessed it, your people, your community are still there! 

This community will encourage you, listen, and help you through it.  They will support you,  actually check in on you, and hold you accountable by asking you, “Why haven’t you taken the steps we know you are capable of taking!?” 

 This community built by like minded individuals have become your extended family on this terrifying entrepreneurial journey. 

Your people are here to reassure you, validate you, and keep you on the straight and narrow by keeping it real with you.
